Sessions last up to 50 minutes. Your counsellor will discuss with you how often and when you will meet, depending on the problem you are encountering. It is important to arrive on time as she will be working to an appointment system and therefore late arrival will lead to the session being cut short. Arriving early may also be problematic if there is an earlier client appointment.

Same day appointments are available, in the daytime, evenings at at weekends.
