When you are unable to keep an appointment you are asked to give at least 24 hours notice (unless in completely unavoidable circumstances). the appointment can then be used for someone else. If you do not arrive for an appointment, your counsellor will normally call you or write to you. If cancellation takes place less than 24 hours prior to the appointment, 50% of the fee is payable.
